A flexible organisation for a changing world

The world has been heavily impacted by the rise of digital technologies and the realisation that human understanding has a big part to play in an organisations success. Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) has risen in popularity within business to help navigate the complexity.

Meanwhile original digital design innovators have been pushed up the organisation into management and leadership roles before they're ready. Jason Mesut was one of these folks, and he learned a lot from the experience.

After supporting and growing the User Experience community in London, and leading large teams in leading organisations, he knew that there was need for senior talent that could provide their valuable input at a better price.

Resonant was born in 2014 to help deliver the best value to organisations dealing with an uncertain world. Setup originally to serve a complex mobility service project in London, Jason wanted to offer his services to other clients.

Resonant stays small and focused at its core, with Jason leading and participating significantly in all client engagements. But when needed, he brings on board talent from across his ever growing network of specialists across the globe.

Jason leads all engagements at Resonant. After spending most of his career working in and leading large teams, he found himself getting away from the action and helping his clients directly. In response to demand for his skills and experience, he setup Resonant to offer more of his time for less.
