I set up Resonant to better cater for my clients' needs to have highly experienced and passionate individuals closer to the action.
Resonant draws on a network of experienced specialists to conceive and deliver experience focused, design-driven products, services and innovations. We cover a wide spectrum of experience design areas including: service design, design strategy, user research, user experience, Internet of Things, Interaction Design and physical computing.
Since opening for business, we have had the pleasure of working with our partners to:
- Develop a next generation urban transportation service;
- Guide the development of an MEG (brain + thought) scanner and its associated software;
- Direct the design language (interaction, visual and physical) of future automotive user interfaces for a leading premium range of vehicles for 2018–2025 (including autonomous driving considerations)
- Improve the user experience for a home buying service;
- Research the needs around a rapid delivery service

Brought User Experience capabilities to a leading Product Strategy consultancy in order to help advise clients in developing new physical-digital products and services.
Sold and led Plan’s largest project, raised their thought leadership profile, managed the delivery of the new website and developed a set of offers to take to market.

Grew a huge and intimidatingly talented team of consultants and designers.
Developed the User Experience and Design practice, transformed the brand and was key to developing the business ready for acquisition by NTT DATA.

Worked with brand and design consulting teams across the Loewy Group (including Williams Murray Hamm and Seymour Powell). Helped grow a small collaborative digital team to bring an old-school brand consultancy into the digital age. He worked on brand consultancy and service design engagements.

Worked with big brands and high-calibre teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. Grew from respected practitioner, to leader and manager of teams through transition from Oyster Partners, to Framfab and then to LBi. Led the strategy and design for a healthcare startup to deliver into the NHS.
