I’ve been working with designers and design leaders around the world. I've been helping them use imperfect visual frameworks for themselves and their team to:

1) Reflect on designers’ skills, qualities and competencies

and to

2) Project their future desired state

To help more people I am creating more accessible materials for people to use on their own. Probably a book. Possibly some cards. Definitely some printable templates for your own use.
