Shaping the future of urban transport
One of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers was working on a programme of mobility projects to stay relevant in a future beyond vehicle sales.
Jason (via his previous employer, Plan, and then via Resonant) worked with them to research transport behaviours and attitudes around London; conceive a transportation service that helps people better get around London (initially, then global); and lead the design and oversee delivery over a range of physical and digital touchpoints.
Working with a diverse set of partners, the service was launched as an alpha within the first 6 months and then developed through a range of live alpha and beta experiments testing aspects of the proposition, pricing, comms, operations and more.
