Through workshops, calls and talks all over the world, I have been helping designers and design teams realise their potential. Using imperfect visual frameworks designers can reflect on their own skills, competencies and qualities to help ground them and realise where they differ. This helps prime them in order to focus on what matters to them in the future and project their desired state.
The process helps designers find greater comfort in their own diversity. It also can help design teams identify gaps, strengths and how individuals can help others develop before investing externally.
